All Shipments are made through National Freight services or NZ Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped as soon as your payment clears. The estimated shipping timelines will be shown to you when you place your order. These timelines are directly from the shipping company and are beyond our control.

Do you stock all the items you have on your site?

Yes. The site keeps an update to the minute record of all stock levels. We have a 99% accuracy on order entries but occasionally a human error may occur. We will advise you immediately if that occurs. If the item is out of stock - the system will advise you. Click on the Notify Me and we can confirm when it will be and is in stock for you. That way you don't miss out on back-orders when they come in.

When do I need to place my order for the fastest shipping?

Orders received before 12noon each working day are dispatched on the same working day (subject to clear payment). All other orders are dispatched next working day.

• Typically orders are delivered to all major city and metropolitan areas next day.
• Country areas will depend on your location and can take up to 2-3 days.

The shopping cart will advise your estimated delivery timeline when you place your order.

Will you deliver to a post office box or RMB address?

No. You maybe required to provide a signature with the freight company confirming delivery on your packages.

What do I do if I am unable to be there to receive the package?

We suggest you ship to an address where someone can sign for it otherwise it may be left at the post office nearby and require you to go to the post office to collect it. This will extend the time it takes to receive your order.

What are the rates if I want to ship the order overseas?

For international customers please contact customer service with the information of where you are located and timing of delivery and we can provide a quote for you.
