Terms and Conditions Agreement Between Customer And Saddle Up.

This Web Site is offered to you, the customer, by Saddle Up. Your use of this Web Site and/or your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this Web Site.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

This web site is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this web site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Payment shall be made by a direct credit to our bank account or PayPal. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. Purchases will not be accepted until payment is received via direct credit, or when cheques/money orders have been cleared.

Product Availability

All products advertised are stocked by our company unless shown otherwise. Excluding in the event of human error we have a 99% accuracy of inventory management advertised on this site. If an error occurs we will notify you immediately via email if the products are not available. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order and refund your payment.

Liability of goods in transit

All products and purchases are the customers responsibility immediately upon them being despatched from our warehouse. Customers are recommended to purchase insurance at the time of order for any losses or damage that may be caused during transit.

Return Policy

Important Notes you must know about Return Items when dealing with Saddle Up:

Return items must be lodged within the designated time of receipt of order. Typically this is 2 days from receipt of your goods.
Return Items must be shipped back to Saddle Up within four (4) days of the original shipment date from us. Goods not received in this timeline will not be accepted as returned goods any longer.
Items offered on Sale or Promotions are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

User Name and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of integrity or security of the site immediately upon becoming aware of it.

Your Online Account

Saddle Up does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Saddle Up only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
